• President: Presides over the Board and conducts the meetings, maintains open lines of communication between members, committees, parents, the director, the community and the school. The President will work with the Director to ensure a cohesive process and direction of the goals and activities of the band.
• Vice President: Works with the President and each committee leader to ensure an efficient process. The VP will be prepared to conduct business in the absence of the President. The VP will also coordinate volunteer needs for events, performances, and other activities of the band.
• Treasurer: Maintains the band budget from the Director and the Booster Budget. The Treasurer with the Director and Booster parent assistance will calculate and organize student accounts regarding fees, funds, scholarships, trip money and other financial aspects.
• Secretary: Maintain Booster paperwork, meeting minutes, lines of communication. Will help maintain Laing Band website.
• Operations Director: Organizes (with the help of all Board members) fundraisers, trip planning, sponsorships, community events, elementary school contacts.
• Committees: Fundrasing, Public Relations, Trips

Parents can get involved at any level and add new ideas, plans, activities and committees as we move forward.
